Return/exchange policy

As much as we like making the pieces, we want you to adore them as well. However, we have a 30-day return window if your order doesn't turn out as expected for whatever reason. There are return instructions at the conclusion of this article.

All items on our website are returnable within 30 days (with the exception of those with discounts of 30% or more). When your package is delivered to you, the return period starts. Orders for the holiday season of 2022 placed from 11/19 until the end of the year will have a 45-day extended window.

Please file a request to our support team in the odd case that you have received an erroneous item, are missing an item from your order, or an item is damaged in any way! (If you don't let our Support Team know this before shipping, your item will be subject to our Returns Policy and any fees that might be incurred by a disallowed return.)


Shipping & Delivery

What if my package is being returned to KIKI SUPPLY

If your package has made a U-turn, don't worry! Orders may be returned for a variety of reasons (an incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid duties, etc.). Whatever the reason may be, we can address the issue once your package has arrived at our warehouse.

We are currently not offering reshipments for returned packages, so a refund will be issued to you once your package has been delivered to our warehouse. Please note original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

How long does shipping take ?

Be sure to check your order confirmation email! Our fulfillment time frame can be found in there. A typical timeline is 3-7 business days, but this may change depending on high volume events like Black Friday

Once our fulfillment team packs your order, it will be picked up by the shipping courier and you will be notified via email with your tracking number. As excited as we are for you to receive your new products, please keep in mind there may be delays during transit that are beyond our control. We suggest contacting your package's shipping courier for any delivery questions you may have. 

Why does my package say it was delivered if I haven't received it?

Don't worry! First, we advise you to double check your property, mailbox, front desk/locker area, and with your neighbors.

In the event that your delivery address is in the USA:

The couriers we work with advise waiting an additional five business days for delivery. A few days after being initially marked as delivered, shipments frequently arrive.

If the country other than the United States is the delivery address:

Delivery should be delayed an additional 2 business days, according to couriers. By the third business day, if you still haven't received your delivery, kindly proceed to file a claim with your neighborhood courier.

How long do Pre-orders take ?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn't been released or is not currently in stock. They're shipped to the customer once available. Typically, a pre-order timeline is between two weeks and two months.
